2. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed on the website, the customer will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, or WhatsApp. The order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

6. Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to the purchase, use, or service of the product will be subject to Aurangabad jurisdiction only.

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances or in any condition, including but not limited to:

Return & Replacement Policy
Replacement Valid for Damaged Products Only
Replacement will be considered only if the product is received in a damaged condition during delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim a replacement, the customer must:
Record a clear live video while opening the package.
The video must show:
The sealed package
The opening of the package
The damaged product
Reporting the Damage

Customers must also clearly mention in writing the reason and condition of the damage.
Requests submitted without proper video proof may not be accepted.
Replacement Approval
If the damage claim is verified:
Only the same product will be replaced.
No alternative product will be issued.
Courier Charges
Courier charges for replacement will not be paid by the company.
